• Profile Information: Full name, email address, password, phone numbers, and account role.
• Onboarding Documents: Brokerage account IDs, partner names, and uploaded screenshot proofs or PDFs saved in Firebase Storage.
• Usage logs: Education course progress, lesson completion logs, quiz scores, webinar attendance, and activity logs.
• Communications: Messages submitted via helpdesk support tickets, emails, or official WhatsApp/Telegram channels.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data strictly to operate our platform, customize your dashboard onboarding steps, track course metrics, coordinate external copy-trading details with third-party brokers, prevent system abuse, and resolve helpdesk support inquiries. We never sell or license your personal files to third-party marketing companies.

4. Data Retention

Your personal information and uploaded verification sheets are retained for as long as your Pennyswift account remains active, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations and resolve operational disputes. Files uploaded during copy-trading onboarding are deleted immediately upon account termination.

5. Data Access & Protection

Access to your onboarding documents is strictly guarded. Firebase Storage rules ensure that only you and authorized Pennyswift platform administrators can view your verification uploads. Data is stored on encrypted cloud databases with role-based security filters.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & POPIA)

Under applicable laws, you hold the right to request access to your stored files, object to the processing of your profile details, request the correction of erroneous logs, or request the absolute erasure of your account and files from our database. To exercise these rights, submit a request via our Support Center.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use standard session cookies and light analytics tokens to keep you authenticated in your dashboard, analyze page speeds, and optimize our website interface for mobile platforms. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but it may affect authentication.
